We make every effort to ship our products in a timely manner and ensure our products safe arrival. We will provide tracking numbers upon shipment, and urge you to let us know if there are any problems as soon as possible.
We will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. If the product you received is defective for any reason, we will cover your shipping costs for returned items and replace said items once we’ve received them. An emailed picture of deficiencies may be required. We are not responsible for shipping costs you incur during the return if the product is non-defective.
